EXCHANGE AND RETURN
NON PERSONALISED ITEM
We hope you will love your Jewellery AE products, but if there is any problem you can return your item of Jewellery (Excluding personalised pendant) to us for a full refund for any reason, if we are notified within 14 days from the day you received the order.
Once you have notified us, you will then need to send the item back to us within 14 days, with prior notice to us, in unworn condition.
We cannot refund the cost of returning the item. The exception to this is if the product is fault, in which case your postage will be refunded(excluding any import duty). We strongly recommend using a postal services which has full insurances for the contest.
You will be responsible for the jewellery till it arrives safely at our studio. Before returning any items, please contact us or call us 0800 064668 for more details.
We regret that we are unable to exchange any personalised engraved pendant, that will effect its resale value.
The exception to this is if we have incorrectly made your order, made by a mistake, or your item is fault. if you believe this is to the case please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order to ensure that we can rectify your order as soon as possible.
On receipt of your email or letter, you will be contacted with details of solution and return details.
If the item is agreed to be fault you will be refunded fully. if the item is not found to be fault, the cost of returning the item to you will be chargeable.

All our prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling. Our prices are correct at the time of publication and goods are charged at the price shown on the website at the time of ordering. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Our jewellery will be delivered with its own gift box, gift card, and dust bag.
All cremation ash Jewellery orders are come with a small fennel, an instruction how to fill your ash urn pendant. Some pendant will come with a mini screw driver for you to remove the secured screw.
All deliveries will be securely wrapped and without any branding on the exterior package..
